Gluten "friendly" refers to products produced using gluten free ingredients and every effort is made to reduce cross contamination. Stainless steel surfaces are disinfected, and dedicated tools and equipment are used when producing gluten friendly items. Gluten friendly items are baked on a day no other items are prepared. Preorder is best for gluten friendly items.
Street Sweets & Treats is NOT a certified gluten free facility and DOES produce items with gluten. By ordering gluten friendly items, you acknowledge the risk you are taking and understand cross contamination of gluten could occur.
